CSY Venture is designed to be extremely stable and easy-to-use. However, if you require technical support, please follow the steps below:-

1. Read the relevant parts of Venture's help system (you can get help while using Venture by pressing F1).

2. Download and read the Venture Manual if you don't already have a copy:

3. Visit www.the-word-on-the-street.com (a discussion forum with rooms dedicated to CSY product support) to see if the problem you are experiencing has already been raised and addressed by CSY's technical support staff.

4. If you haven't found an answer to your problem, send email to support@csyventure.com. Please include a full description of the system you use to run Venture, and as much detail as possible about the nature of the problem.
